Privacy Policy
Last revised on October 12, 2026
This policy explains what Verbo collects and where your information goes. Verbo is made by Better Apps, LLC ("we", "us"). It covers this website and the Verbo software that runs on your Mac.
The short version: the work happens on your own computer. We do not see your messages, files, voice memos or the accounts Verbo uses for you.
What stays on your Mac
Verbo runs on your Mac under your user account. The texts and voice memos you send it, the files it reads, the logins it uses and the history of what it did are kept on that Mac. We do not run a server that receives them, and we cannot read them.
You can see everything Verbo keeps in its folder on your Mac, and you can delete it at any time.
The AI provider you choose
Verbo does its thinking with an AI service you sign into yourself, such as Claude or ChatGPT. To do a task, Verbo sends that provider the request and the context the task needs. That traffic goes from your Mac to the provider under your own account and is covered by the provider's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
What we collect
- Waitlist and checkout. Your email address and, if you give it, your phone number, so we can let you in and help you set up.
- Payments. Stripe processes card payments. We receive your email, the amount and the status of the payment, never your full card number.
- Your install key. A key tied to your email, so the installer only runs for people who have been let in.
- Invites. When you accept an invite, the email and phone number you give it. The phone number is passed to your installer so setup doesn't ask for it again.
- Setup progress. Your Mac reports which setup steps are done (installed, number, AI signed in, reads texts, texts back, first text, first task) and when, so the person who invited you can help if you get stuck. Never what you text, ask or receive.
- Basic web logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and safe.
Messages sent for you
When you ask Verbo to send a text or an email, it sends it from your own Mac and your own accounts, as you. You are responsible for what you ask it to send.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use what Verbo does on your Mac to train any model.
Deleting your information
Uninstalling Verbo removes it from your Mac. To remove your email, phone number or install key from our records, write to hello@runfoundry.app and we will delete them within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and payment records.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and email the people who have signed up before the change takes effect.
