Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Better Apps, LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of Verbo. By joining the waitlist, buying a membership or installing Verbo, you agree to them.

What Verbo is

Verbo is software that runs on your Mac. You send it a text or a voice memo, and it carries out the task on your computer using the AI service and the accounts you have signed into. It needs a Mac that stays on and connected, and your own Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Your responsibility

Verbo acts as you, with your accounts. You decide what to ask it to do, and you are responsible for those actions, including messages it sends and purchases or forms it completes at your request. Do not use Verbo for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or in a way that breaks the terms of the services it uses for you.

AI makes mistakes

Verbo uses AI models that can misunderstand a request or get a detail wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. Verbo asks before it does things that are hard to undo, but no software can promise it will never make a mistake.

Founding membership

  • The founding membership lets you skip the waitlist and install Verbo now, at the price shown at checkout.
  • If it is a subscription, it renews at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If Verbo does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get it in full.
  • Your AI plan (Claude or ChatGPT) is billed by that provider, not by us.

Your license

We give you a personal, non transferable license to install and use Verbo on Macs you own or control. The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Verbo and uninstall it at any time. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period when we do so without cause.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and email members before it takes effect.
